Dealing With Your Bad Boss

There is good and bad bosses everywhere. And I am sure that most of you, readers, have heard at least once in your life time someone you know complaining about her or his boss. I know by experience that  ”managing a difficult boss” is a challenge but often feasible. First, you should try to understand the reasons for your boss’ difficult behavior. You have to put yourself in his or her shoes.  The Globe and Mail’s came up with something that might be the solution on how to deal with “bad bosses” .

Marjo Johne says, “Telling your boss to off -tactfully - may be the secret to a happier work life – according to a recent article.” The Report on Business in the Globe and Mail notes that not only are employees fed up with their bosses, but they’d rather quit than talk it out. “Communication skills” won’t be appearing on the job applications of these employees!”[The Globe And Mail]
